Cafe Manager role

Managing Day to day store operations including, maintinence & repairs, ordering, rostering, staff breaks & shift covers

Management responsibilities include; Social media, liaising with suppliers, wages, rosters, pricing negotiation, hiring of staff

Availability across store opening hours including weekends, days and night times

Autonomy to run the business like an owner with empowerment and financial backing to lead with your own decisions

Essential Criteria

Must have 2 years' experience as a Café Manager or similar

Must have cafe cooking ability as well as Barista experience

Valid Driver's License and car

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
