We’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers. If you’re passionate about making a difference and enjoy working in a supportive setting, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Assist with in-home care

Supporting participants to engage in community activities.

Encouraging independence and promoting skills development.

Transport clients to appointments

Maintaining accurate records and communication with the support team.

What We’re Looking For:

Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities.

Experienced in a similar role (preferred but not essential—training provided).

Holders of a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Possess relevant certifications, such as First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling (or willingness to obtain).

Excellent work ethics, have strong sense of professional boundaries and adherence to policies and procedures.
