About the role Little Lunch Cafe is looking for a passionate Cafe Assistant/Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team in Wyong, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality specialty coffee drinks and simple tasty bites to delight our customers. What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty lattes using ONA Coffee.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive cafe experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized work setting, including restocking supplies and performing light cleaning duties
- Assisting with food preparation tasks
- Collaborating with the team to create and implement new menu items and cafe offerings What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to prepare high-quality specialty coffee drinks
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional cafe experience
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
