Factory Production Worker - Assembly & Operations (Crestmead)

Titan Garages & Sheds is a leading manufacturer of domestic and light industrial steel buildings. Based at our Crestmead Head Office, we are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team. This is a hands-on role working across multiple areas of our factory, assembling and producing shed components and roller doors. Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Assembly and production of panels, shed components and roller doors
- Operating machinery including roll forming, sheeting and basic fabrication equipment
- Working across different production areas (panels, sheeting, roller doors)
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
- Assisting with general factory duties as required To be considered for this role, you MUST:
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Be physically fit and comfortable in a manual role
- Be reliable, punctual and take pride in your work
- Have strong attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality
- Be willing to learn and work across multiple areas Desirable (not essential):
- Forklift licence
