Retail Manager (Logan Village)

Position: Retail Manager Location: 10-22 Perseverance Way, Logan Village QLD 4207 Salary Package: AUD 75,000 – AUD 85,000 Murat Kebab Pty Ltd T/A Origin Kebabs Logan Village is a busy and growing kebab shop located at 10-22 Perseverance Way, Logan Village QLD 4207. Known for serving fresh, authentic kebabs and quality fast-casual food, we pride ourselves on great customer service, consistency, and a welcoming atmosphere for our community. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to lead our front-of-shop and retail operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:
- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Skills and Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a retail, food service, or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, ideally in a fast-paced food retail or quick-service environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of POS systems, stock and inventory management, food handling standards, and marketing strategies.
- Sound understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety practices (desirable).
