**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a **Credit Support Officer**based in Crestmead. The role of Credit Support Officer is responsible for effectively and efficiently administering credit department activity to ensure ALM cash flow is maximized; ALM’s credit risk is minimized, and customer service is enhanced.

**In this Role**
- Management of all administration enquiries and administration tasks for allocated state inbox
- 100% availability in ALM Credit phone queue to answer customer enquiries during work hours.
- Opening customer Credit Accounts and ALM Internal Accounts
- Register Securities
- Provide administration support as required to support the Credit Officers and Credit Management
- Ad Hoc Administration tasks for Credit Team Leaders
- Provide back up support for Credit Analysts & Credit Compliance if required

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Attention to detail with an organised approach.
- Multitasking with accuracy and efficiency
- Skilled in customer onboarding, PPSR registration and online credit check process
- Experience with Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
- Excellent time management
- Experience in MS Excel to intermediate level
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good phone manner when dealing with customers and staff
