We are currently searching for an Assistant Store Manager (T-Master) to work alongside them and their T-Legend (store manager). You would be expected to assist with current T-Masters duties such as managing; labour costs, COGs, Customer experience and rostering/last minute roster changes. You will also be expected to work within the store and assist with guiding the team to perform a high level of customer service.

**About YOU**
- You will have experience and enthusiasm to recruit, develop and manage a team of customer engaging T-Ristas (staff)
- A can-do attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Passionate about driving sales through amazing Operations and Customer experience and genuine desire to be involved in Local Area Marketing initiatives
- Ability to work within company policies including all food handling and safety procedures, and ensure this is upheld in your store.
- Efficient business management skills
- this is an assistant position which would benefit from prior experience in managing operational efficiencies (labour, COGs, customer experience, rostering).

Pay: $30,000.00
- $52,000.00 per year
