Cafe Operations Manager (Milsons Point)

**Sydney Restaurant Group,**a leading hospitality group is currently recruiting for an experienced Cafe Operations Manager to join our friendly and motivated team.

**Job Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage operations for multiple restaurants, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and strategy.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on operational matters and process improvements.
- Oversee resource management to optimize labor.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers, supervisors, and staff across the organization to foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide coaching and support to direct reports to improve operational efficiency and team dynamics.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all operational functions.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that operations meet the required standards of service and product delivery

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple teams or departments.
- Solid leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with a strong focus on metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
