**About the role**
**What you'll do**
- Achieve optimal order score by ensuring accurate picking and packing of online orders, meeting all targets and budgets.
- Work with Ambient & Replenishment teams to maintain high On Shelf Availability (OSA) and reduce Out of Stocks (OOS).
- Ensure accurate completion or substitution of orders while upholding high standards of fresh food quality during picking and packing processes, and meet On Time ECF Dispatch targets to ensure trucks depart as scheduled.
- Keep totes and trolleys clean and well-maintained.
- Guide and coach the team to consistently meet quality and accuracy standards in order fulfilment, aligning with both customer and business expectations.Lead by example in demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that the team consistently prioritises the customer experience in all operations.
**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated experience in retail leadership roles
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Experience in leading and implementing change initiatives
- Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, production, and replenishment practices
- Experienced in leading and developing diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective time management, planning, and organisational tasks
- Experience in team member development and engagement
- Experience in using computer, digital tools and resources
