Cafe Manager (Clarence Park)

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Café Manager to join our team at OBR. The Café Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our customers, and maintaining an efficient and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and control the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service for our local customers. **Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.** Ensure the café maintains a clean and welcoming workplace. **Manage stock levels, order supplies, and oversee inventory control.** Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. **Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.** Manage café finances, including budgeting, cash handling, and reporting.

Experience Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing cafes. **Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.** Strong coffee knowledge, with a solid understanding of coffee preparation and presentation. **Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.** Strong organizational and time-management skills. **Experience in staff management and training.**

Pay: $70,000.00
- $73,150.00 per year
