**About the Opportunity**

The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and success of the Licensing team, playing a key role in delivering information and resources to support SafeWork SA's customers. Their duties include organising and leading team meetings, fostering clear communication among team members, and managing schedules to ensure deadlines are met. The coordinator delegates tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise, tracking progress to ensure objectives are being met. Overall, the coordinator’s role is to facilitate smooth team operations, driving progress toward shared goals and objectives.

SafeWork SA is a business unit within Attorney-General’s Department and is responsible for providing work, health and safety, public safety, and state-based industrial relations services across South Australia. As a regulator, our Investigators and Inspectors ensure work, health and safety, and public safety standards are met, and appropriate action is taken when breaches of laws are detected. We also help people better understand their work health and safety responsibilities.

**Special Conditions for Employment**

Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
