**About the role**
- To lead a team of disability support workers.
- Management of Day-to-day operation of accommodation.
- Management of accommodation budget and expenditure.
- Carryout any maintenance required at accommodation.
- Liaise with allied health professionals.
- Effective management of roster and staff issues.
- Monitor health and wellbeing of participants and staff.
- Organizing different recreational activities for participants.
- Encouraging team and participants to meet their goals.
- Coordinating team meetings and coaching staff.
- Manage rosters and submit progress reports.
- Coordinating meals, activities and appointments.

- Manual Handling and personal care skills
- Cultural skills and knowledge

- Medication administration
- Compliance knowledge will be an advantage

**Mandatory requirement**
- Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.
