Role Description We are seeking an AHPRA Registered Pharmacist (not interns at this stage) for a full-time, opportunity at our Baldivis Stockland, WA location. In this role, you will provide professional advice and quality healthcare services to customers, dispense medications accurately, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical pharmacy standards. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, conducting medication reviews, conducting health services such as vaccinations and contributing to health promotion initiatives in the community. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver best-in-class care is also a key component of this role. Qualifications
- Professional qualifications: Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA and a thorough understanding of pharmacy standards and regulations.
- Technical expertise: Proficiency in dispensing medications, conducting medication reviews, and utilising DispenseWorks and POSworks systems.
- Customer care skills: Solid interpersonal and communication abilities to provide exceptional customer service and build meaningful community relationships.
- Leadership and teamwork: Ability to mentor and lead a team, as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Additional qualifications and traits: Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.
