Are you excited about working with kids and making a real difference in their lives? **Buggles Baldivis** on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic A**ssistant Educator** to join our amazing team!

In this role, you'll help design and roll out awesome play-based learning activities for little ones aged 6 months to 5 years. You'll create a lively, supportive, and nurturing environment that boosts each child's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. **ABOUT US**

Buggles Baldivis child care and early learning centre is a convenient choice for local families living in Baldivis and nearby suburbs Waikiki, Warnbro and Port Kennedy. Our Baldivis child care centre offers long day care and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years from 6:30 am
- 6:30 pm.

At capacity our Centre caters for up to 92 children.

**Your Role**

As an integral part of our team, you will:

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities like art, music, movement, and outdoor play
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters teamwork and celebrates diversity
- Observe, assess, and track each child's development, sharing insights with parents and colleagues
- Keep the classroom clean, organised, and well-stocked with materials and supplies
- Prioritise the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to policies and procedures at all times

**Our Requirements**

To join our team, we ask that you meet the following criteria:

- Hold a minimum ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Demonstrate proven experience in the early childhood sector, particularly working with children aged 0-5 years
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
