Intermediate Structural Engineer (Baldivis)

Aus-Precast | Perth WA Aus-Precast is seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer (3–7 years’ experience) to join our growing precast concrete manufacturing business in Perth. This is an opportunity for an engineer who wants more than traditional consulting work. You’ll be directly involved in the design, optimisation, manufacture and delivery of real precast projects — with genuine ownership and influence across the business. We are looking for someone practical, commercially minded, and interested in improving how things are built. The Role You will work across
- Structural design and review of precast elements
- Manufacturing optimisation and design-for-production
- Reinforcement detailing and connection coordination
- Shop drawing review and technical support
- Site, lifting and temporary condition considerations
- Coordination with production teams, clients and consultants
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes This role provides exposure from concept through to manufacture and installation. What We Offer

- 3–7 years’ structural engineering experience
- Experience in concrete, precast, industrial or structural projects
- Solid understanding of practical engineering and buildability
- Familiarity with AS3600 and structural detailing principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with production and site teams Precast experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
