- Ongoing learning, support and opportunities to grow with Uniting About the role As a Care Worker, you’ll be at the heart of what we do — providing safe, respectful and person‑centred care that supports residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life. You’ll assist with:
- Personal care, meal‑times and daily living support
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Supporting residents’ rights, dignity and individual choices
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver high‑quality care
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following care plans What we’re looking for
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working in aged care or similar settings
- Availability across all shifts (AM, PM, Night) — flexibility is highly valued
- A warm, respectful and team‑focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care Location & transport The home is located in Springwood (Blue Mountains). It’s around 1 km from the train station, so own transport is helpful (though not essential). What We Offer You
