**About the role**

BaptistCare Morven Gardens is seeking Carers to join their team on a **casual**basis. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts. Variety of shifts available.

Duties may include:

- Assistance with a wide range of person-centred care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills & experience**
- Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
- OR willing to complete Certificate
- We encourage Nursing students to apply
