We’re currently looking for a confident, organised and customer‑focused Customer Service & Bookings Officer to join our Experience Planner Team. This role plays a key part in shaping each guest’s journey, from first enquiry to arrival & helping ensure every visit to Scenic World is seamless, welcoming & memorable. This casual opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service who genuinely loves helping people, loves working within a back of house role with a lot of variety throughout the day, and thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. Availability to work both weekdays and weekends is essential. What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to phone calls, emails, online booking requests and front office duties
- Processing tour company, group and education bookings using our online booking systems
- Working closely with our Ticketing team to ensure smooth check‑in experiences for groups
- Managing all education bookings and related enquiries What We’re Looking For
- Robust customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Clear, confident communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using electronic booking or reservation systems (or the confidence to learn quickly)
- The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Adaptability and a team‑orientated approach
