Support Worker (Lawson)

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will assist individuals with varying levels of physical, mental, or emotional needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible. This role involves providing practical assistance, personal care, emotional support, and encouragement to clients in their day-to-day activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Able to work collaboratively with the team.
- Provides direct support with domestic duties, medication, emotional, and mobility.
- Managing emotions and challenging behaviours.
- Administrative duties, i.e shift progess notes, inccident reports.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current driver’s license.
- Current First Aid certificate, NDIS worker check, WWC (or willingness to obtain).
- Manual Handling completion or willing to do so.
- Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive car insurance that you are willing to use to transport Clients.
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepover, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Part time, Casual

Pay: $28.00
- $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:
