Complete Care Team is a highly respected Disability Support Provider, established in 1999 to provide a quality, home based, person-centred service. Our focus is on putting the client in control of their care and meeting all the needs of the person, including physical, spiritual, cultural and emotional needs.

Our Greater Western Region branch has recently opened an office in Blackheath. We are looking for passionate and empathetic Attendant Care Workers and Assistants in Nursing to join our team.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience, as well as an understanding of person-centred care are an advantage but not essential because Complete Care Team provides paid training for all recent staff. Ongoing training is also provided, including paid competency training by a Registered Nurse.

Duties vary depending on client needs but may include:

personal care

clinical care

domestic support

community access

A current First Aid Certificate, a Working with Children Check and a NDIS Workers Check will be required. A driver’s licence and the use of a registered and insured vehicle are required when working with any client who requires transport as part of their support plan.
