Community/Disability Support Workers We’re looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis. If you're caring, energetic, and love making a positive difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements
- Must be open to accepting 2-hour services.
- Must be available across weekdays and weekends.
- Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Comprehensive car insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain). What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with manual handling/hoist, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
- Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
- Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
- Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
- Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
- Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
