About the Role Lead our Liquid Waste Operations in our Laverton North depot. Excellent career opportunity within a growing National Company. You will have a sense of urgency, be a natural people leader, with a customer focus and the ability to see the bigger picture, set objectives, and deliver results. Lead the team and champion the day-to-day business functions! On a day-to-day basis, the work will include things like:
- Manage all functions across the depot with 35+ employees
- including processing and transport operations
- Plan for and react to change
- Engage. lead and develop the team, and see it through
- Deliver the overall branch strategy
- Drive ongoing improvement initiatives
- Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture
- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets
- Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements About You
- Fantastic at employee engagement! You are a people leader by nature, and enjoy interacting with your team
- Liquid Waste / Chemical Management / Hydrocarbons or Dangerous Goods experience

- Engineering degree or technical background
- Experience in Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry

- Be an approachable, authentic, supportive and empathetic leader
- Continuous improvement focused; with the ability to deliver short and long term
- HR license, driving experience
