The Asia‑Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3,000 team members. We are now seeking a Director, Employee Relations & HR Policy (APAC) to lead our regional ER/IR strategy, partnering with senior leaders to enable performance, manage risk and help maintain a high‑performing, values‑driven workforce. What you’ll be responsible for Strategic Leadership
- Shape and execute Lineage’s ER/IR strategy across the region
- Provide trusted, expert counsel to senior leaders on complex workforce matters
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities and proactively drive solutions Enterprise Bargaining & IR Excellence
- Lead end‑to‑end enterprise/collective agreement negotiations
- Drive strategy, bargaining, drafting and successful approvals
- Partner with Payroll and Legal to ensure seamless implementation Dispute Resolution & Advocacy
- Manage Fair Work Commission matters (unfair dismissal, general protections, etc.)
- Represent the business in tribunals and regulatory proceedings
- Oversee complex investigations and ER cases across jurisdictions Capability Building
- Uplift ER capability across the HR function
- Coach and guide HRBPs to effectively manage employee relations matters
- Embed consistent frameworks, policies, and operating standards Stakeholder Engagement
- Senior executives and operational leaders
- Union representatives and delegates
- External legal advisors and regulatory bodies What you bring
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations
- Proven experience across APAC markets (highly desirable)
- An impressive track record in leading enterprise bargaining and union engagement
- Deep knowledge of employment law, awards, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience representing organisations in tribunals and legal matters
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Experience operating within a global, matrixed organisation (preferred) What’s in it for you
