About the Role

Based in Joseph’s Restaurant & Bar

Host and serve guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

Prepare and present beverages to a high standard, including cocktails and wine

Build genuine connections with guests and create exceptional experiences

Be a proud ambassador for the Mansion Hotel & Spa brand

About You

Prior bar experience in a hotel or a la carte dining environment

Confident cocktail-making and solid wine/beverage knowledge

Enthusiastic about hospitality and continuous improvement

Holds a valid RSA certificate

Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced team workplace

Adaptable availability across a rotating 7-day roster (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
