As a member of the Lineage team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.Position DetailsWe are now seeking a Director, Employee Relations & HR Policy (APAC) to lead our regional ER/IR strategy, partnering with senior leaders to enable performance, manage risk and help maintain a high-performing, values-driven workforce.This is a critical leadership role within our APAC HR team-ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and brings both strategic influence and deep technical expertise in industrial relations.What you'll be responsible forYou will take ownership of Employee & Industrial Relations across APAC, including:Strategic LeadershipShape and execute Lineage's ER/IR strategy across the regionProvide trusted, expert counsel to senior leaders on complex workforce mattersIdentify emerging risks and opportunities and proactively drive solutionsEnterprise Bargaining & IR ExcellenceLead end-to-end enterprise/collective agreement negotiationsDrive strategy, bargaining, drafting and successful approvalsPartner with Payroll and Legal to ensure seamless implementationDispute Resolution & AdvocacyManage Fair Work Commission matters (unfair dismissal, general protections, etc.)Represent the business in tribunals and regulatory proceedingsOversee complex investigations and ER cases across jurisdictionsCapability BuildingUplift ER capability across the HR functionCoach and guide HRBPs to effectively manage employee relations mattersEmbed consistent frameworks, policies, and operating standardsStakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with:Senior executives and operational leadersUnion representatives and delegatesExternal legal advisors and regulatory bodiesWhat you bringWe are looking for a seasoned ER/IR leader who combines commercial acumen, influence, and technical depth:Extensive experience in Employee Relations / Industrial RelationsProven experience across APAC markets (highly desirable)An impressive track record in leading enterprise bargaining and union engagementDeep knowledge of employment law, awards, and regulatory frameworksExperience representing organisations in tribunals and legal mattersAbility to influence, negotiate, and navigate complex stakeholder environmentsExperience operating within a global, matrixed organisation (preferred)What's in it for youA high-impact regional leadership roleOpportunity to shape the ER landscape across multiple APAC marketsWork alongside a high-calibre executive and HR leadership teamCompetitive remuneration and benefitsStrong growth and career progression opportunitiesWhy Lineage?Lineage is more than just a cold storage logistics business.
