We are seeking a strategic, collaborative leader to join our Ramset business in the newly created role of **National** **Engineering Manager** for our** Industrial Division**. In this role, you will have the opportunity to position and strengthen our Engineering team to facilitate accelerated growth and compliance within the construction industry across Australia. You will develop and execute a vision for differentiated service offers and empower the team to prioritise, execute and deliver commercially viable solutions.

- Create, drive and execute the strategic direction and align with business objectives
- Deliver growth through project specification, engineering solutions & in field activities
- Deliver measurable specification & market retention through engineers, specifiers, customers and key market influencers
- Foster strong, team-oriented relationships with the Market Development & Sales Teams
- Build the quality, depth & diversity of the talent pipeline
- Provide safety leadership through education, accountability and proactive action
- Influence, develop & set the benchmark for standards, quality & compliance

**About You;**
- Bachelor of Engineering (Structural, Civil or Mechanical)
- People management and leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach and engage your team
- Commercial and financial acumen with experience in managing P&Ls; and budgets
- Proficiency in building and influencing internal and external relationships
- Ability to lead teams to meet business goals and objectives
- Commitment to promoting a safety culture and driving continuous improvement
