Membership Consultant (Cocoroc)

Introduction Anytime Fitness Harpley is a part of the AFC Group. The AFC Group currently has multiple Anytime Fitness clubs across Melbourne. As a growing and progressive fitness group, we aspire to develop and support individuals. Position Summary Anytime Fitness Harpley is looking for a full‑time Membership Consultant to join our team of experts. As a Membership Consultant, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day‑to‑day operations of the club. You will help make potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step into our club, genuinely care about our members’ health and fitness journey, and maintain the operations of the club. Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the club is clean, protected and operating efficiently day to day
- Calling potential members
- Servicing potential, new, and current members
- Meeting team targets and continually striving to improve
- Building rapport and generating leads for the Personal Trainers
- Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members
- Assist the Club Manager Qualifications and Experience
- Previous Sales Experience (preferable)
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children check and Police Check
- Be strong and critical for excellent customer service
- Self‑motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
- Take initiative and responsibility
- Passionate about health and fitness with genuine care to help others
