- Develop and execute a unique and profitable menu
- Lead all night-time kitchen operations
- Manage food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Control food costs, ordering, and stock management
- Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff
- Drive sales growth through menu innovation and specials
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with ownership to expand the business What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
- Strong menu development and food costing skills
