Trainers & Assessors - Building & Construction (Cpc30220, …, Werribee

We are a growing Registered Training Organisation delivering high-quality construction qualifications to domestic and international students. We are currently seeking **experienced Trainers and Assessors** to join our team for the following qualifications:

- CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
- CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering
- CPC33020 Certificate III in Brick & Block Laying

**About the Role**

We’re looking for motivated industry professionals who are passionate about passing on their trade skills to the next generation. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant training and assessment, both in the classroom and in simulated or real workplace environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and assess units of competency in accordance with ASQA and RTO standards.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Provide support and feedback to students to help them achieve competency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
- Vocational qualification in the relevant trade (Certificate III or higher).
- Minimum of 3 years’ recent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and secure work practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and student success.

Pay: $65.00
- $85.00 per hour
