As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will proactively support the team across recruitment life cycles, implementing new practices for quality and process improvements. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, monitor recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with legislative standards.

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or substantial relevant experience
- Skills in establishing and improving administrative processes
- Knowledge of effective talent acquisition and temporary employment service methods
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to independently plan and coordinate work
- Experience in producing, analysing, and interpreting reports

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and functional support aligned with Department policies
- Monitor and analyse temporary employment services for best market practices
- Ensure positive stakeholder experiences through effective communication
- Undertake data entry and provide recommendations for operational efficiencies
- Monitor agency performance and compliance with service standards
- Ensure pre-employment compliance with legislation and internal standards
- Build high-value partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide advice and training on recruitment processes, systems, and policies
- Comply with financial arrangements, legislation, and organisational policies

**Qualifications and Experience**:
