We are seeking a full-time experienced and Educational Leader/Centre Manager who is passionate about creating an engaging, authentic and fun learning environment for children to thrive in while leading a strong 30+ team of dedicated Educators.

The Centre Manager will manage, inspire, nurture and lead our brilliant team of 35-40 Educators, including 3-4 Kindergarten Teachers. In addition to the management aspect you will also perform the role of Educational Leader in line with the requirements of the National Quality Framework.
About you
- A relevant Bachelor degree as recognised by ACECQA (Desirable, however Diploma will also be considered)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Working with Children's Check (Employer)
- Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Excellent knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organisational skills
- Ambition, passion and confidence
- Demonstrated experience with leading exceeding A&R;

**Salary**: $80,000.00
- $115,000.00 per year
