- Proven experience of working within logistics/warehousing management, with experience in a Defence-related setting being a significant advantage.
- A robust track record of personnel leadership, management, and development.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse and distribution services operations management.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem‑solving, and people management skills.
- Certified professional or relevant degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields would be advantageous. Personal Qualities

- Ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams.
- Understanding of operational drivers, cost control and operational budgeting.
