Medical Receptionist City Of Wyndham, City of Wyndham

I-MED Radiology is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team within Northwest Melbourne. This role is based in West, rotating at the following clinics, St Vincents Private Werribee, Hoppers Crossing and Wyndham.

This is a Full-Time Fixed Term Position , working Monday- Friday with hours ranging from 6:30am – 9:30am

Reporting to the Area Office Supervisor this role will include booking patients in person and on the phone for various procedures and medical imagery. You will provide patients with billing and preparation information whilst maintaining confidential details and upkeeping clinic standards and practices

What will you be doing?

Deliver high-quality reception and contact centre services with a smile.

Schedule and manage appointments to ensure excellent customer service and clinic efficiency.

Provide compassionate patient care and outstanding service.

Build strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers to maintain our trusted reputation.

Our Ideal Candidate

Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)

Experience in customer service/Administration

Strong communication, IT skills and attention to detail

Be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Ability to work rapid paced, autonomously and in a team environment
