AXL + CO by Connor is a brand‑current menswear business that opened its first stores in NSW just over a year ago and is expanding rapidly.

We are looking for leaders who will be involved with all aspects of the AXL + CO brand, including front‑of‑house customer experience, stock management, coaching and developing the team, visual merchandising, and managing wages.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Oversee stock management and visual merchandising.

Co‑coach and develop a team of more than three staff.

Manage wages and payroll.

Achieve store budgeting and KPI targets.

Analyse store performance to identify opportunities.

Lead, motivate, and inspire the team.

Work autonomously and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of fashion retail experience.

Experience managing a team of more than 3.

Strong customer‑service skills with a proven sales record.

Capability to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations.

Analytical mindset for identifying store opportunities.

Passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales.

Strong visual‑merchandising skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings.
