* Supportive inclusive, play based learning environments where all children are encouraged to participate.
* Build and maintain respectful, qualified relationships with children, families, colleagues.
* Contribute to the planning cycle, by documenting spontaneous learning experiences and modifications.
* Strong understanding of National Quality Framework and all relevant Victorian legislation.
* Identify and respond to child safety and wellbeing concerns in line with service policies and reporting requirements.

* Hold a Cert 111 and Diploma In Early Childhood Education and Care. (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA).
* Current Employee Working with Children Check .
* Clear National Police check within 3 months.
* Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.
* Valid Working Visa to work full time in Australia
