You will be ready to hit the ground running, developing a strong portfolio, and your focus will be to generate new sales of access hire equipment. Qualifications
- Proven track record of success with a minimum of 2-3 years in the Access Hire industry
- Experience in high performance exceeding KPIs and expectations
- Experience in the sales and/or rental of access or similar capital equipment is essential
- The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with all levels of management
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- The drive and energy to pursue and close recent business opportunities
- A commitment to outstanding customer service Responsibilities
- Generate recent sales of access hire equipment
- Develop a strong portfolio and territory management
- Open doors, close sales, and build strong relationships
- Maintain a professional image, strong presentation, and negotiation skills with technical aptitude Benefits and Compensation
- Attractive salary offering of $90k to $110k negotiable for the right candidate plus commission (approx $45,000 per year depending on performance)
