Drill Rig Electrician – Onshore Chinchilla

About the role

CrewSELECT is chasing experienced Drill Rig Electricians for an upcoming onshore drilling campaign near Chinchilla from 25th June to 3rd July. This is a hands-on field role working across drilling rigs and camp facilities, supporting critical operations in a fast-paced environment. Solid performers will be offered future ad-hoc swings, with the next mobilisation already planned for August.

Mobilisation provided from the Toowoomba depot.

Key Responsibilities Fault find and repair drill rig electrical systems Maintain top drives and rig support equipment Complete preventative maintenance and inspections Support continuous drilling operations onsite Maintain compliance and safety documentation

Qualifications/Experience required Current QLD Electrical Licence + CPR/LVR Cert IV Hazardous Areas or EEHA Previous onshore drill rig experience Top drive diagnostics and fault-finding ability WAH, EWP, CS or GTA tickets advantageous
