Civil Project Surveyor (Chinchilla)

Job Description: Western Downs Civil are currently seeking a Surveyor to join our civil construction team across various projects. The Surveyor will be responsible for providing accurate surveying services to support the successful delivery of our civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and set-out works using surveying equipment and software
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy on-site
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to plan works effectively and prevent delays.
- Assist in the development and implementation of surveying methodologies and strategies.
- Maintain and manage survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards Ideal Candidates Will Hold:
- Tertiary qualification in surveying or related field
- 5+ years' experience in the civil construction surveying
- Proven experience in a range of surveying disciplines, with a strong background in civil construction projects.
- Proficient in using survey equipment and software
- Sound knowledge of plant operations, construction techniques, and HSEQ regulations.
- Basic computing skills, including email and organizational management systems.
- Strong Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Current Drivers Licence
