Job Description Wood is currently seeking expressions of interest for Site Administrator in central Queensland for a potential start in February 2027. The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative and payroll duties. What We Can Offer

- Process Enterprise Agreement (EA) company payroll
- Thorough and deep understanding of EAs is preferred
- Maintain leave requests
- Provide reporting as required Site Administrator Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to key stakeholders and wider contract team
- Prepare and update documents, registers, reports and presentations
- Assist with Workplace Health & Safety and Training Competency management
- Assist with on-boarding & induction process
- Data entry for time sheets & pay queries
- Update skills matrix and verify competencies
- Recording meeting minutesPreparing end of week progress reports
- Tracking hours of work to manage fatigue
- Process site payroll for home office processing Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a full function Site Administrator role
- Strong skills using MS Excel, formulas, pivot tables and word documents
- Strong attention to detail and application of techniques to ensure data accuracy
- Excellent communication, organisational, prioritisation and time management skills Personal Attributes
- Organised, you love working at pace and are resilient in managing complex challenges
- Analytical, precise and accurate
