Structural Engineer (Northmead)

About the role: The Intermediate Structural Engineer will support the delivery of a variety of residential and commercial projects, working closely with senior engineers and project teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Structural design and documentation for residential and commercial developments
- Reinforced concrete, masonry, timber and steel design
- Coordination with architects, builders and internal project teams
- Assisting with project delivery from concept through to construction
- Preparation and review of engineering drawings and documentation You will gain exposure across all stages of the project lifecycle while working on a diverse range of developments in a collaborative team environment. About the candidate:
- 3–6 years of Structural Engineering experience, ideally within an Australian consultancy
- Experience working on residential and commercial building projects
- Exposure to townhouse, childcare, low -rise or bespoke residential developments preferred
- Proficiency in SpaceGass, ETABS or similar structural design software
- Experience with reinforced concrete, steel and timber design
- Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and local authority requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
