**Job Summary**: We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who shares our passion for safety and efficiency.

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, managing inventory, and leading a dedicated team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership: Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including stock levels, ordering, and regular audits alongside the purchasing team.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing orders, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Proven 1-2 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the safety products or related industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and safety regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or management are a plus**.**:

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a warehouse environment.

- $85,000.00 per year
