Description
Align Motion Physio, a new and rapidly growing physiotherapy company in Western Sydney, is seeking receptionist/admin staff to join our team. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual.
Qualifications & Experience
Receptionist experience in an Allied Health or Medical Practice setting.
Confident user of Cliniko software.
Knowledge of Medicare benefits, private health funds, WorkCover/CTP and NDIS.
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical administration.
Strong administrative skills and ability to offer efficiencies in administrative processes.
Professional, compassionate, warm and caring attitude towards patients.
Possess resourceful problem-solving skills.
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced workplace.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational and time management skills and possess the ability to multi-task.
Positive and pro-active attitude.
Professional presentation.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Perform the day-to-day administration/secretarial tasks.
General support to Practice Manager and Allied Health Therapists.
Management of all patient data, appointments, correspondence and accounts using Cliniko.
Scheduling and management of all patient bookings.
Report directly to the Practice Manager.
Other tasks as assigned.
