About The Role
As a QA Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all food handling, preparation, and service meet the highest standards of compliance and excellence. Your chef experience will help bridge the gap between operations and quality, ensuring practical solutions that work in real kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with food safety, OH&S;, and company policies.
Conduct audits, inspections, and reporting to maintain high standards.
Provide training and support to kitchen staff on quality practices.
Work closely with chefs and management to ensure consistency in food presentation and taste.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
About You
Previous experience as a Chef (Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar) with a passion for quality is highly regarded.:
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both kitchen staff and management.
Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
