Full Time/ Part Time Receptionist (North Parramatta)

Dream Smiles Dental is currently seeking a senior dental receptionist and junior receptionist to join our friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to join us.

We value our staff and recognize their importance to an efficiently working practice and dental team. We are passionate about helping our patients and creating a safe and great experience upon their visit.

The job will involve:

- Reception duties on Monday, tuesday, thursday and Friday ( weekends off )
- For second role, Monday, thursday and Friday
- Highly skilled, with good personal presentation,
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- both written and oral
- with patients and other team member
- Must have good phone skills
- Well Organized with the ability to use computer effectively
- Robust attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic,
- Brings a can-do attitude to the practice

Mandarin speaking an advantage for Mandarin speaking patients

Must be diligent in the work, must be kind and empathetic.

Previous reception experience an advantage

Pay: $47,405.00
- $79,511.23 per year

Expected hours: 25
