Concierge Westmead

Key Responsibilities: -

Manage daily building operations, including supervising in office staff (concierge and cleaning) and contractors. Conduct quarterly building inspections and produce detailed reports on common areas, facilities, and maintenance needs. Act as the main point of contact for all building-related matters and liaise with the Strata Committee. Maintain accurate records in the Building Management Software (MYBOS), including asset registers and maintenance schedules. Oversee contractor management, including work orders, licenses, insurance, and safe work method statements. Manage security systems, access control, and emergency procedures. Coordinate with trades for ongoing and new remedial projects. Conduct a quarterly meeting with each Committee to provide updates on the ongoing and any new issues. Manage the AFSS compliance. Implement building signage, notices, and resident communication systems. Prepare and submit regular reports, including Open Request reports and incident reports.

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Building Manager in a multi-strata residential building. Solid knowledge of strata property management, building codes, and WHS regulations. Proficiency in Building Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Strata Management, Building Management) are highly desirable. Reporting to
