Role Details

Routes: Delivering to Visy sites as required around NSW, SA, VIC, QLD.

Locations: Based out of Tumut Depot.

Rates: Great c/km rate + penalties + allowances.

Hours: Linehaul Monday-Friday (Standard and BFM hours). Metro hours AM/PM shifts.

What You'll Do

Running Heavy Rigid/Semi/B-Double/A-Double combinations.

Delivering Visy material such as, but not limited to: Paper reels, Cardboard, Plastic and Glass to other Visy sites.

Work in a team that values Safety and Professionalism.

Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is roadworthy and compliant.

Build strong relationships with our customers with friendly service.

Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.

Comply with all company/site policies, state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.

Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported.

What You Will Bring

A valid HR/HC/MC Licence with minimum of 2 years’ recent Australian driving experience.

Experience with tautliners, flatbeds, retractable or container trailers.

Sound knowledge of the regional areas or interstate routes.

Excellent communication, time management skills and a robust commitment to safety and teamwork.

A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.

BFM Certification – or willingness to obtain.

Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
