Administrative Officer
- Community Services Apply now Job no: 936612 Work type: Part time Location: Barossa (Gawler) Salary: $64,195 – $67,154 p.a. (adjusted to hours worked) Hours: 22.5 hours per week, until May 2028 Job Overview: Provide high‑quality, confidential and customer‑focused administrative support to clients, staff and visitors. Duties include reception, report preparation, data entry, medical record support and clerical services. Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, skilled customer service including reception, appointment management and communication.
- Provide productive administrative and clerical support: invoicing, ordering, scheduling and general office tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records and data systems in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Support team operations through collaboration, relationship‑building and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, workplace safety and ethical standards.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through professional development and cultural awareness. Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with administrative or clerical duties in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of data entry and record‑keeping systems.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, training and teamwork. Benefits
