Holding a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, you will step into a highly team-oriented environment, learning to manage production teams and translate technical data into real-world plant efficiency.## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**In this role, you will bridge the gap between rigorous engineering fundamentals and hands-on site leadership, taking ownership of the following missions:*** ****Production & Product Delivery:**** Assist in coordinating regional production and distribution activities to ensure a reliable and continuous supply of gases and services to our customers.* ****Operational Integrity & Safety First:**** Champion our "zero harm" culture by identifying, tracking, and maintaining safety-critical process elements and establishing robust channels for reporting and addressing hazards.* ****Advanced Process Analytics:**** Collect and analyze operational plant data, leveraging your understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process controls to identify bottlenecks and optimize plant output.* ****Team & Operations Coordination:**** Support the scheduling, training, and coordination of operations technicians, maintenance crews, and product compliance staff.* ****Continuous Improvement (CI):**** Work alongside management to deploy Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices, driving key operational performance KPIs.* ****Cross-Site Collaboration:**** Connect directly with various local and regional sites to build trusted technical support networks and share operational best practices.* ****Strategic Proposals:**** Formulate and pitch data-backed plant development proposals directly to senior leadership.## Are you a MATCH?**We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and resilient professional who is eager to take immediate ownership of their professional growth. You will bring:*** ****Educational Foundation:**** A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (essential).* ****Experience Level:**** 1 to 3 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
