- Assist in coordinating regional production and distribution activities to ensure a reliable and continuous supply of gases and services to customers.
- Champion a “zero harm” culture by identifying, tracking, and maintaining safety-critical process elements and establishing robust channels for reporting and addressing hazards.
- Collect and analyze operational plant data, leveraging understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process controls to identify bottlenecks and optimize plant output.
- Support the scheduling, training, and coordination of operations technicians, maintenance crews, and product compliance staff.
- Work alongside management to deploy Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices, driving key operational performance KPIs.
- Connect directly with various local and regional sites to build trusted technical support networks and share operational best practices.
- Formulate and pitch data-backed plant development proposals directly to senior leadership. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors (high‑potential graduate engineers also welcome).
- Foundational knowledge or exposure to gas‑related filling center operations.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with appreciation for DCS, PLC, automation, and process controls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with capability to guide, train, and collaborate with diverse operations personnel.
