**WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?**

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region as an Aged Care Administration Coordinator, providing high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to Community Aged Care clients and staff. You will assist, monitor and promote a strong customer service culture and a team‑based approach to work practices, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with contemporary aged care standards.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor and analyse funding and activity data, supporting services to operate within approved funding parameters. You will ensure service delivery and employment practices align with aged care reform priorities, relevant program manuals and guidelines, including services for people from special needs groups.

**HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?**

**_You will._**
- Coordinate and oversee aged care programs to ensure compliance with State and Commonwealth requirements, including accurate financial, activity, and statistical reporting.
- Manage site administration, data collection and reporting processes, ensuring timely, accurate recording of client, service and workforce information across systems.
- Support workforce coordination by managing the casual pool, staff onboarding, compliance monitoring, training coordination, and assisting with recruitment, development and performance processes.
- Facilitate high‑quality, compliant service delivery by managing referrals, waiting lists, eligibility assessments, My Aged Care interactions, stakeholder communication, and consumer records.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes by supporting audits, complaints management, risk minimisation, quality improvement activities, and program evaluation in collaboration with the Aged Care Team Leader.
